What is IAAP?

The International Association of Administrative Professionals (IAAP) is the world’s largest association for administrative support staff, with nearly 700 chapters and 40,000 members and affiliates worldwide. For over 50 years, we have provided up-to-date research on office trends, cutting-edge publications, outstanding seminars and conferences, and top-notch resources to help administrative professionals enhance their skills and become more effective contributors to their employers.

Mission, Objectives and Vision
The IAAP mission is to be the acknowledged, recognized leader of administrative professionals and to enhance their individual and collective value, image, competence, and influence. The association’s objectives are to elevate the standards of all administrative professions and to promote their working relationships with management through continuing education, local, regional and international programs, and publications. IAAP's vision is to inspire and equip all administrative professionals to attain excellence.
